Job Summary Join UT Southwestern as a Registered Nurse at the Simmons Cancer Center's Fort Worth Infusion clinic. This RN will care for patients in an outpatient infusion setting. RN will perform assessment, provide education to patients and care givers. RN will administer medications including chemotherapy/biotherapy, and immunotherapy per providers orders. RN to administer blood products, perform therapeutic phlebotomies, lab draws, dressing changes and other tasks as assigned. RN to collaborate with all disciplines within infusion clinic and provider clinic at home site and regional sites as needed to assist with patient care plan. Care coordination, patient education, and phone/mychart triage will be included in responsibilities.
