Monogrammer

ESSENITAL DUTIES & RESPONSCIBILITIES:
-Monogrammer will select items for personalization and match to guest order.

-Monogrammer must have high attention to detail and ensure that needle and threading used matches guest specfications.

-Monogrammer must assess embroidered items for any frayed threading and assure quality before items are picked up by guest.

-Monogrammer must be comfortable performing routine maintenance and upkeep on embroidery machine.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

-1-2 years retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required)

-1-2 years customer service experience

-Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneously

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Ability to operate embroidery machine and adhere to safety practices and policies.

-Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.

-Ability to operate POS system.

-Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

-Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business. Casual associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly -on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and one regularly-scheduled shift during the week (Monday-Thursday). Associates must be available for annual inventory in January.

EDUCATION:

-High School diploma (equivalent) preferred.
