Pay Range: $ 300,000 - $325,000 Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Moreover, they will discover a strong physician focus and an understanding of the practice of Pathology. Pathologists with an interest in covering Medical Directorship duties in the future are encouraged to apply. Must be US board certified in AP/CP or AP Board certified or Board eligible in Cytopathology Must have completed a cytopathology fellowship, or have cytopathology experience in a laboratory setting Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations Ability to communicate with high level decision makers in the organization Interest in AP/CP Medical Directorship duties is a plus Sacramento offers a lively neighborhood along the Sacramento River filled with farm fresh restaurants, farmers markets, breweries, vibrant art scene, a range of entertainment options and has strong school systems.
