Our Company Adobe is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to develop strategic relationships with leading technology Partners to drive usage growth and help handle the partner ecosystem for Adobe's Digital Video and Audio business unit. This person will be responsible for supporting and completing DVA's Partner ecosystem strategy, including crafting an overarching strategy for emerging products along with our leading NLE app, Premiere Pro and Motion graphics app - After Effects. This individual will also be responsible for coming up with the Partner co-marketing strategy, act as an expert resource on processes, guidelines, and options for partners, as well as be integrated into many of Adobe's internal divisions, such as campaign marketing, product management, product marketing, business development, PR and social teams. This person will develop a deep understanding of the Adobe partner ecosystem and act as the primary contact and consultant for strategic partners to plan and implement joint marketing plans and programs. This role requires strong leadership, planning, partnership, and relationship-building skills as you must partner with many internal and external business collaborators. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing business at Adobe. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $116,700 -- $217,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
