Job Description:

Brief Description & Objectives of Internship Program:

  • The program is geared toward conscientious Engineering juniors who are going into their senior year of college
  • It is designed to help build the student's resume/professional credentials by providing meaningful, practical, on-the-job training and experiences, while also igniting their imagination and doing something fun for them and our engineers/management

Program Outline:

  • Each internship project selection should include 1 major and 1 minor projects, all deliverable within the summer

period of 12-14 weeks.

  • Each intern is assigned a manager and a mentor/champion to help guide them and serve as a resource for them.
  • Interns will present opening and closing presentations to the Senior Leadership team.
  • At least one or more leaders, who are VP level or higher, should be present for the closing intern presentations.
  • Interns will also present a midway review to select site Leadership.
  • The program should offer additional opportunities for professional, career and leadership development through

training and fun teambuilding activities such as 1-day SPC/lean training, company picnic and/or a dinner outing, softball match or golf outing, GM Cookout, etc.

Student Eligibility:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university Engineering undergraduate program, and be a junior going into their senior year of college. Student must also be in good academic standing.
  • Pursuing an Engineering degree in any of the following majors:
  • Mechanical
  • Chemical
  • Electrical
  • Industrial
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good math and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, Energetic & self-motivating, Able to meet deadlines.
  • Due to ITAR regulations, applicants must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Students who have relations to the TTM Management/Leadership Team are ineligible for this program.

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
