Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Manager to lead our multi-channel, digital, social platforms,and AI-driven content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in multi-channel, digital, social platforms,andAI-driven content strategy development and have a solid understanding of how audiences consume and engage on each platform.This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and strategic thinking to drive content strategies that leverage AI technologies and deliver measurable business outcomes.

AI and Video Content Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a robust content strategy specifically tailored for AI-driven video and screen player platforms, aligning with our business goals and brand voice.

Stay informed on emerging trends in AI technology, video content, and audience engagement strategies to adapt our content approach to meet dynamic market demands.

Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and shareable multimedia content across various platforms (including videos, interactive screen content, blogs, social media, etc.).

Create both long-form and short-form video content assets designed for demand generation and maximum audience engagement.

Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to best practices for video and screen player formats.

Content Activation:

Plan and implement effective content activation strategies for video and AI content to maximize reach and engagement, in alignment with demand generation and social media goals.

Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the efficacy of content campaigns, relying on insights to make data-driven adjustments.

Audience Engagement:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our target audience to create video content that resonates and drives engagement.

Monitor audience feedback and engagement trends, utilizing insights to refine and enhance our content strategies continually.

Innovation and Trends:

Explore and experiment with innovative AI content formats and distribution channels to maintain a competitive edge.

Embrace modern content generation methodologies that prioritize snackable and clickable video content, enhancing viewer experience.

Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy development with a significant focus on AI integration and data-driven approaches.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in AI tools, machine learning models, and data analytics platforms. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and automated content generation is a plus.

Strategic Thinking:Strong ability to develop and implement strategic content plans that align with business objectives and leverage AI technologies effectively.

Leadership:Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Abilities:Advanced skills in analyzing data to derive actionable insights and make informed decisions.

Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
