Sealed Air is seeking a driven HR professional to fulfill our current opening, Regional Manager People Experience, located in the Streetsboro, OH manufacturing facility reporting to the Executive Director, People Experience NAM Protective SC, Commercial, and Functions. In addition to directly managing the Streetsboro, OH facility, this position will also have responsibility for the Automated Packaging Systems (APS) Supply Chain Manufacturing network including sites in Garfield and Bedford, OH and Keyser, WV. This role supports, implements, and executes all tactical and strategic aspects of the HR function for multiple locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Business Partnership with Org. Leaders, Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, immigration & relocation); Talent Acquisition (recruiting, new hire on-boarding, orientation), Talent Management (succession planning, performance management & development), Learning & Organizational Capability (performance management, training delivery & design), Diversity & Inclusion programs coordination, HRIS deployment, government & legislative compliance, employee and labor relations, termination management, employee engagement, cultural transformation / change management, and driving predictive analytics.
