Sr Program Manager, New Product Development (Andover, MA) Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. We are looking for a Sr Program Leader for the Sports Medicine franchise. This leader will be operating Key Innovation Programs and help shape the future of Sports Medicine. The goal of the role is to advance planning, visualization and instrumentation technologies in Sports Medicine to assist surgeons pre-operatively and intraoperatively. You will partner closely with both internal peers (R&D, PMO, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory Affairs) as well as external partners as required by the programs. The successful candidate will have predominant execution skills demonstrated by a track record of deliveringinnovative new technologies to the global marketplaces. You will direct, create, and maintain the overall master plan across the program, own the program governance, provide tracking and reporting of development initiatives. The role reports to the Sr. Dir. PMO. This position is based in the Andover, MA office and will require program-related travel to other Smith+Nephew locations. What will you be doing?
