The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

Eagle, a Justrite Safety Group company, is seeking a Plastics Value Stream Supervisor for our Wellsburg, WV operations. In this role, you will oversee all production processes within the Plastics Department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, leading a team of operators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position is critical to maintaining operational excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met.

In this role, you will report directly to the Value Stream Manager, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

About the Team:

As a member of our Operations team, you will be dedicated to driving efficiency and excellence across all aspects of our business. With a focus on streamlined processes and innovative solutions, they ensure that our operations run smoothly and effectively. Comprised of skilled professionals who are leaders in their field, the team is committed to optimizing performance and delivering high-quality results. Their expertise is key to maintaining our competitive edge and supporting the growth and success of our company.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Promote and drive safety culture of the organization


  • Responsible for machine setup, machine production, and quality of the products.


  • Scheduling the maintenance of all equipment in the plastics dept.


  • Responsible for new product implementation for all machines, machine shakedown and process adjustments.
  • Production reporting, record keeping, process department payroll


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - 3 to 5 years preferred


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Lean manufacturing experience


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter
  • Must be available to work shift work, overtime, and weekends
  • Perform all other duties assigned by Value Stream Manager
