The Red Lion Team is seeking a QA Partner I on First (1st) shift.

Summary:

Follows policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations | Follows and/ or develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes through standard procedures & systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 & AS9100 standards), quality audits/ review process, etc. Responsibilities are within the Quality Assurance Methods Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines



Major Position Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

    Supports and documents activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product.
  • Updates systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products.
  • Audits and monitors the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards.
  • Reports manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods to process owners and/or leadership.
  • Knowledgeable of industry and governmental quality regulations.


Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 0-3 years' experience
  • OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education &/or Experience

  • Oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Data entry-keyboarding

  • Quality Assurance Process

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
