Overview Cotiviti is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Executive (CE) who is motivated to support the transformation and improvement of our nation's healthcare system through the use of healthcare analytics and consumer engagement. The CE role is a critical, client-advocate position with both internal- and external-facing responsibilities. The CE is assigned ownership of an existing set of accounts and is responsible for understanding how the client is using our solutions and helping them maximize the potential of our tools. The CE owns client communications, support, satisfaction and retention. The CE works internally as a client advocate, collaborating with data operations, project management, product, consulting, finance, legal and client services, in order to ensure execution of our service agreements as well as to ultimately help our clients realize value from our solutions. In addition to overseeing day-to-day satisfaction, the CE develops and implements a strategic plan to help the clients realize increasingly greater value from our solutions which may include cross/up-selling of product features and consulting projects. The Client Executives are managed by a deeply experienced Account Management leadership team and the CE position offers tremendous growth and learning opportunities. Establish, develop and maintain manager, director and executive-level relationships at client organizations (payers, providers, employers, brokers). Build rapport through day-to-day account management, consultative advising and creative relationship building.

Base compensation ranges from $86,000 to $120,500. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for commission.
