Sales & Business Development Specialist - Endoscopy Equipment

Drive new business and increase revenue by developing and closing sales for Endoscopy and Instrumentation equipment, achieving defined monthly goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within targeted markets, focusing on Endoscopy and Instrumentation equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop strategies that attract and retain high-value customers.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and generate sales through innovative outreach and networking efforts.
  • Conduct outreach to key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions, and build relationships to drive lead generation through the sales pipeline.
  • Lead engaging discussions and presentations with potential clients, highlighting the value and technical capabilities of Endoscopy and Instrumentation equipment.
  • Provide customized online demonstrations and respond to specific customer needs
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to provide insights that support business growth.
  • Regularly update management with sales activities and provide timely reporting on pipeline development and market feedback.
  • Assist in refining business development strategies by analyzing customer needs and market trends.


QUALIFICATION

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong business development mindset, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CRM experience
  • Knowledge of the medical equipment industry, particularly Endoscopy and Instrumentation


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Fishers, IN or Tamarac, FL
  • Other travel requirements (office/territory/customer travel commitments)
