As a Technology Partner Success Manager you will manage and expand existing technology partnerships, to focus on co-build, co-market and co-sell activities working towards the Ping strategy of expanding our market footprint. Reporting to the Director of Technology Alliances, we are looking for a partnership professional that is passionate about delivering the best partner experience. The right candidate is able to build long-lasting relationships and thrives in a rapidly changing environment.

Job Responsibilities:



  • You will manage a subset of technology partners within the Ping Technology Partner ecosystem
  • You will provide partners with the resources to develop and deliver joint integrated solutions
  • You will facilitate collaboration between Ping and our technology partners, including partner leaders, product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing
  • You will be measured on the success our partners have in this growing and emerging partner ecosystem
  • You will own partner programs and initiatives, leveraging internal and external resources to deliver updates on progress and achievements to stakeholders within and outside the organization
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to drive critical go-to-market activities
  • You will assist the technology partner team with program direction and administration


Essential Qualifications:



  • 4+ years field customer or partner success experience in the SaaS industry
  • 2+ years field customer or partner success experience in the IT security or infrastructure sector
  • Technology partner experience preferred, but not required
  • Project or event management experience preferred, but not required
  • Product and technical experience preferred, but not required
  • Skills required include: prospecting skills, business planning, go-to-market strategy, problem resolution, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and leaders
  • Location near Ping Identity offices preferred - Denver, CO | Austin, TX | Remote eligible


Salary Range: $90,000 - 97,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
