Job Description

The Supervisor of Central Growth is a pivotal member of this team. We ask that you have a ability to effectively execute your daily workstreams while managing junior talent. We ask that you have a thorough understanding of Publicis Media capabilities, teams, tools, and offerings, and agency-specific capabilities, teams, tools, and offerings. Our Central Growth Supervisor is also our tools Superstar and has exceptionable knowledge in each to teach and pass on these skills to next-gen talent.

This role is unique as it contributes to driving best practices, thought leadership, and innovation across all agencies. Rather than working for a single agency, our work impacts all of Publicis Media and has close ties with Global Business Development, Operations and PDX teams.

You will report to Chief Growth Officer Publicis Media

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily workstreams Publicis Media Business Development teams and contribute to building relationships and delivery of solutions
  • Ability to leverage expert knowledge to move quickly but accurately
  • Owns key workstreams and contributes on new business pitches and logistics
  • Interest in Publicis Media structure, key data points, capabilities, teams and best POCs across the network
  • Expert in the use of our data tools including Salesforce, COMvergence, Kantar, RECMA, Winmo and more
  • Can support their owns workstreams
  • Begin to mentor junior team members and hones their own leadership style
  • Stay in the know of industry trends and news and can provide unique POVs to Business Development leads
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in either media, business development, account management, project management, or logistics execution
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working and managing across multiple teams
  • With the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and has strong Excel fluency in pivot tables, charts, vlookups and basic equations-knowledge of macros and visual basic.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, analyzing reporting and identifying trends
  • Ability to work with executives an/or C-Suite level

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
