Job Title: Accounting / Audit Assistant Location: San Antonio, TX 78215 Duration: 3 to 6+ Months Pay Rate: $25.00/hour on w2 without benefits Shift hours: M-F9:00-5:00 Role & Responsibilities: Conduct Pay App audits and prepare invoicing for payment. Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Partner with the General Accounting to maintain accurate project financial records. Required Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Proven work experience as a Construction Accountant or similar role. * Strong understanding of the construction field - especially for scheduling and finance purposes. * Familiarity with public accounting standards and practices. * Proficiency in using construction software, such as Project mates. * Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
