Job Title: Planner IV Position Type: Contract (5+ Months) Location: New Castle, DE 19720 Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr Shift timings: Mon - Fri (8.00 AM - 4.00 PM) BG/DT required: Yes Job Description: This position will be responsible for actively seeking, planning, and applying for grant funding to support assigned projects. The position is responsible for reviewing grant criteria, eligibility, requirements, etc. and drafting a submission on behalf of the division. After submission, and upon award, this position will serve as the project coordinator and grant manager, until the grant-funded staff are hired, and/or responsibilities are transferred to other bureaus within the division. Responsibilities also include other grant and/or project-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Prior grant writing experience is required.
