We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial System Analyst to join our dynamic team! This position requires a strong command of IT skills, practical expertise, and a thorough understanding of Costpoint's functional application across multiple modules and will report to the financial system manager. As the Financial System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing daily support for the Deltek ERP, focusing on Costpoint, Time & Expense, and Cognos Reports. Responsibilities The candidiate must be able to provide expertise in data visualization, dashboard creation, and report generation. Write new Cognos Business Intelligence Reports in Cognos Analytics 11.x using Deltek CER and data modules after completing the report requirements assessment. Edit, update, and troubleshoot existing reports. Create and maintain user accounts and access. Maintain and enhance security of Cognos Reports Server and reports. Automate project and management reports using Cognos. Create scheduled reports to support management reporting. Conduct Quarterly Security Access Reviews for internal and external audits. Able to provide expertise in data visualization, dashboard creation, and report generation. Responsible for the day-to-day system administration and support of the Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense, and Cognos Reporting systems, including troubleshooting issues and supporting end users. Manage user setup, security, and other configurations for Costpoint, Deltek Time & Expense (T&E), Cognos, and supporting systems/tools. Support Costpoint upgrade and collaborate with our NeoSystems hosting infrastructure team to test the implementation of appropriate bug fixes, patches, and software updates. Advocate change control and issue resolution processes, including managing support tickets with Deltek and NeoSystems. Work with the accounting and finance teams as subject matter lead in understanding and translating business requests and suggesting industry-standard solutions via process, training, and development where appropriate. Work closely with the Financial Systems team and consultants on upcoming financial systems projects, including workflow models, extensibility, CRM, and budgeting tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Must have a strong functional expertise and deep understanding of the Deltek Products, including Costpoint, Time & Expense across multiple modules.
