About the Position

Join Wisconsin's largest family-owned dental organization as a Pediatric Dentist at our client's office in Green Bay, WI. Over the past 50 years, our client has expanded from a single-chair clinic to a network of 15 clinics offering comprehensive general and specialty dentistry across Wisconsin. Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team, ensuring positive patient experiences.
• Communicate with team members to promote an understanding of the patients' needs.
• Apply dental treatment modalities for the prevention of dental diseases.
• Treat dental diseases.
• Restore defective or decayed teeth.
• Create restorations, crowns, bridges, or dentures.
• Perform dental procedures in the oral cavity.
• Perform surgical procedures on hard and soft tissue in and around the oral cavity.
• Educate patients in oral and dental hygiene.
• Manage cases presenting with out-of-the-ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral issues.

Job Requirements

• Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
• Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
• Have completed a pediatric dentistry residency.
• Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner.
• Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care.
• Strongly values continuing education and personal development.
