As a recruiter with Complete Mobile Dentistry, I am excited to share a part-time opportunity for an Endodontist with a leading dental practice in Las Vegas. This office has been serving the community and transforming smiles for over 30 years. They are known for their commitment to providing exceptional dental care and an outstanding patient experience.

About the Practice

This state-of-the-art dental practice specializes in cosmetic dentistry and offers cutting-edge technology, including same-day crowns using CEREC technology. Their dedication to dentistry is evident in the beautiful smiles of the patients who leave their office after each visit.

• Patient Demographic: The largest demographic consists of established patients aged 40-65. The practice sees primarily adult and geriatric patients, with minimal pediatric cases.
• Patient Flow: Providers typically see 8-12 patients per day, with 5-10 emergency exams and 5-10 hygiene exams daily. New patients average between 20-35 per month.
• Endodontic Focus: The role specifically involves performing endodontic procedures, as the practice does not have a current specialist and refers out some oral surgery and periodontal cases.

Practice Highlights

• High Production and Collection Rate: The office is highly producing with an excellent collection rate and significant monthly collections.
• Insurance and Payment: The practice is optimized for top PPO payers and operates primarily on a usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) fee basis without accepting Medicaid.
• Technology and Equipment: The practice is equipped with iTero, CBCT, Cerec, and fully digital imaging. They use Eaglesoft for practice management.
• Professional Team: The office employs 5 doctors, 12 hygienists, 8 dental assistants, and 10 business team members. As the Endodontist, you will be assigned 1-2 highly skilled dental assistants and work out of one of the 17 operatories.

• Thursdays: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Residency: Completed an Endodontic residency program.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
• Skills: Effective task delegation, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage performance expectations proactively.
• Compliance: Willingness to adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.
