This role is remote with travel as needed in the New York area THE OPPORTUNITY For over 50 years, Thomson Power Systems (a RegalRexnord brand) has been a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry. We are currently looking for a highly motivated ATS Business Development Manager who will be focused on rapidly expanding the sales of Automatic Transfer Switches across North America, with a focus on New York state region. YOUR MISSION Position Summary: Reporting to the ATS Business Leader, you will serve as a key member of the sales team. This is a hands-on role responsible for proactively driving the go-to market Sales strategy and developing our channel to market. This role will be mentored by the Director of Sales and will work closely with all other functions of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited and energized by building a strong sales channel within a rapidly growing organization. Pay transparency: The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position range from $90,000 to $150,000 per year, which includes both base salary and performance-based incentives.
