This employee will develop and manage detailed project plans for the implementation of operational initiatives through analytical/quantitative and qualitative analysis; responsible for overall project management that includes coordination of resources, tracking revenue impact and cost reduction, increased efficiency, identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and communicating project status.
Job Responsibilities: * Create training and evaluation programs to support assigned projects * Document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement * Participate in the implementation of resulting programs or procedural changes * Identify issues as they arise * facilitate resolution of issues * escalate to relevance as needed * Monitor projects against implementation schedules * Clearly communicate project status and any associated challenges or constraints * Track costs of implementation against budget | |
