Job Description IES Commercial, Inc. is seeking a qualified Electrical Superintendent. This key role is responsible for managing all phases of field operations and construction projects. Provides overall staff direction, distribution and guidance to field foreman and project managers. Supports branch operations through training and understanding of best practices in common operational procedures, in order to increase revenues and profitability. Requirements: Must have directly supervised employees in a commercial and/or industrial electrical construction environment. Related experience enforcing and communicating safety policies a must, OSHA 30 Card and CPR qualified strongly desired. Licensed Electrical Journeyman required, Electrical Master preferred. Computer skills are essential to this position and travel may be required. Must be able to lift 5o lbs. and pass a drug testand background check.
