Position Summary Administers the delivery of services related to recruitment for appointment-based roles, as well as all activities related to out of state, and out of country work arrangements. Provides guidance on visa categories, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Assists with the preparation and submission of visa applications, petitions, and renewals. Serve as a resource for employees regarding visa status and related immigration matters. Processes a wide range of appointment and employment actions assigned. Serves as liaison between employees, department administrators, and University Offices. Handles logistics and participates in various HR programs as assigned including the PILC summer internship program. Provides recruitment support for non-appointment based roles. Troubleshoots payroll/appointment inquires. Provides analytical support including compiling data information requests and/or statistical reports and salary histories. Collects data from systems and organizes it in a helpful fashion. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $79,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
