The Opportunity

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive significant membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements. Our team is accountable for growth in revenue across Adobe's desktop, web and mobile ecosystems.

This role will drive Adobe's horizontal mobile monetization strategy. This involves partnering with Product, Platform and GTM to build experiences and monetize via cross-category business levers such as pricing and promotional strategy, trial and free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell, winback and customer retention.

What you'll Do
  • Partner with App Store teams on optimizing merchandising and monetization of Adobe's apps (app reviews, rankings etc)
  • Conceptualize and build core commerce capabilities to drive growth, marketing, and engagement, and ultimately a path to monetization- for both mature and emerging markets
  • Drive cross-category prioritization of Product functionality requests to deliver the largest return for Adobe
  • Build revenue targets and deeply understand the financial performance of the mobile business to outline horizontal risks and opportunities
  • Enable self-serve experimentation capabilities for key engagement surfaces and paywalls
  • Drive mobile partnership opportunities with BD teams
  • Define and implement a consolidated monetization analytics nomenclature and reporting environment to efficiently benchmark performance across mobile applications
  • Establish personalization tooling, mobile usage events and attributes to drive 1-to-1 engagement and monetization via personalization
What you need to succeed
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in driving mobile strategy and App Store optimization in a highly matrixed org with Product, Marketing and Platform teams
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. Gleans insights from data and translates them into actions.
  • Fast learner. Rapidly assesses a problem, evaluates options and drives timely decision-making
  • Enthusiastic, positive and creative attitude! Outstanding presentation skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling.
  • Biased to action; driving decisions and deliverables with a sense of urgency and accountability!
  • Influential; forging relationships and communicating effectively and persuasively, both internally and with partners
  • Innovative; thinking creatively to solve problems and address business needs
  • Culturally aware. Understands how to operate within an international team.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $116,400 -- $257,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
