Director, Commercial Excellence and Planning - ENT Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. Working closely with the VP ENT and ENT business unit leadership, the role of the Commercial Planning professional is to spearhead the day-to-day efforts to develop and implement the ENT strategy and strategic projects to accelerate revenue and profitability for the ENT business unit. This includes working with leaders to develop ideas, accelerate commercial excellence, identify roadblocks and build, track and report success metrics. This position involves analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to create effective business strategies and leading indicators along with leveraging lead management systems to optimize the new opportunity funnel that will inform our strategies, tactics, and market models, to form recommendations on strategic opportunities that provide competitive advantage. This role will also lead the business through the business review and strategic planning process, providing structure, actionable insights and thought leadership. The Commercial Planning professional collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of these strategies and achieve the company's financial goals.What you will be doing:

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith+Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
