Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF Execute Playbooks (e.g. Test Plans, Test Scripts), gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans Interact with Engineering/Dev teams to troubleshoot/resolve issues Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues Present project updates - findings, status etc. to stakeholders, management Requirements: 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience Experienced in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Space and/or possess relevant experience in Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit domain Quality Assurance experience Proficient in MS Excel Tableau Jira Strong written and communication skills SailPoint, Client Quality Center Desired skills: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree Manual and automated (desired) testing experience Test Planning and test case development (e.g. Playbooks) Defect tracking and reporting Test data management Program, Project Management experience Portfolio mgmt. experience Pay Range: $46.18 - $54.18 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
