Rate: $20.60/hr
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

The Administrative Coordinator position reports directly to the Plant Manager.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain records (soft and hard copies).
  • Updated databases (production, quality, or productivity).
  • Prepare paperwork for production orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder per min/max or upon request.
  • Formats, types, and edits a variety of correspondence: including memos, reports, and confidential material; drafts routine correspondence for manager's approval.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Proficient in using word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
  • Working knowledge of operating office equipment including copy machine, fax machine, etc.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining files and correspondence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and organization skills.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Follow-up and results orientation skills.
