Job Description: Job Summary Answers maintenance requests obtained via the Work Order Management System and/or communication with hospital staff. Does routine maintenance according to scheduled preventive maintenance program. Assigned areas will be patient care floors, common areas, etc. This position places patient care and infection control standards as a top priority, following and aligning all activities with these standards. The role may require working outside of regularly scheduled shifts, in inclement weather, or in emergency situations. All roles within the Engineering department are required to adopt and utilize the CMMS work order system to effectively communicate across the organization and manage activities and assets.
