Customer Service Representative

As Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of team-oriented environment that will provide quality customer support. Both written and verbal communication skills are necessary. The ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment is crucial. On-the-job training will develop the specific skills necessary to perform the job.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. Primary duty will be answering phone calls from customers with a variety of concerns and issues.

  • Log all customer call information, including call-back contact information.

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about customer inquiries, including scheduled service visits, services offered, and pricing. When needed and in any unclear situation, bring customer issues to the attention of management.

  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds

  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
