17 Position Summary
Represents CPS Energy Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) and its resources to Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) and market counterparties. Follows ERCOT, Texas Reliability Entity (Texas RE), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) guidelines in binding CPS Energy with its load and generation requirements. Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Experience in marketing or operations in the ERCOT Wholesale market or related experience in other Electric RTO/ISO regions
Ability to perform data analytics to support the optimization of power generation assets
Power plant operational experience and/or principle understanding
Ability to support a 10-hour working day, 7-days per week operation schedule, as well as emergency and off-normal procedures Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Required Certifications Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equip, telephone, multi-functioning printer & calculator. Ability to travel between business related events. After hrs work will be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
