Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: 1756 Sagamore Rd. Northfield 44067 Duration: 6+ Months Shifts: 1 st Shift between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible schedule) 1-2 days per week, totaling approximately 10 hours per week. Roles and Responsibilities: Evaluates clients by administering tests and measurements (e.g. range of motion, gait, and functional analysis, neurological) to determine individual rehabilitation program needs, provides or oversees on-going assessment of clients rehabilitation, prepares, transmits and maintains measurements and assessment records and reports tests, assessments and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested. Participates in writing and presentation of individual client treatment plans to include formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment, plans periodic reassessment of clients progress and revises plan as necessary. Requirements: Physical Therapist License BLS copy
