We are looking for a mission driven Visual and Digital Communications Specialist to join our team!

The Visual and Digital Communications Specialist plays a key role in marketing and communications for OneWorld Community Health Centers. This position is responsible for creating and managing visual content across multiple platforms, including digital and print media. The Visual and Digital Communications Specialist will utilize their skills in graphic design, photography, and social media management to develop engaging content that aligns with OneWorld's brand and communicates our message effectively to various audiences.

This is a full-time position located at our administrative office off of 47th and Center. The schedule will be 40 hours per week in-person; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field required.
2. Demonstrated (via portfolio) 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and social media management required.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) required, proficiency in Lightroom preferred.
4. Proficiency in Canva or similar software.
5. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
6. Strong photography skills, including experience with both studio and on-location shoots required.
7. Basic video editing skills preferred.
8. Knowledge of web design principles and experience with content management systems preferred.
9. Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for composition and detail.
10. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
13. Familiarity with healthcare communications preferred.
