We are seeking a detail-oriented Kahua PMIS (Project Management Information System) Specialist to join our Digital Advisory team at our Dallas, TX or Boston, MA offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the Kahua platform to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes across the organization. This role is crucial in facilitating seamless project execution, collaboration, and reporting, ensuring that all project data is managed in an organized and accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Kahua PMIS platform, including user setup, configuration, and maintenance of workflows and templates.

  • Provide technical support and training to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective use of the Kahua platform across multiple projects.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes using Kahua's tools and features, enhancing collaboration and data accuracy.

  • Ensure accurate input, management, and organization of project data within Kahua, including schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Kahua to track project performance metrics, KPIs, and other critical data.

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project needs and provide guidance on Kahua's functionalities.

  • Stay current on Kahua platform updates and improvements, ensuring the organization is leveraging the system's full capabilities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Kahua platform in a timely manner.

  • Act as the primary point of contact with Kahua support and other third-party vendors for system enhancements and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), with at least 1 year of experience specifically working with the Kahua platform.

  • Proficiency in Kahua PMIS system, including administration, configuration, and customization.

  • Familiarity with project management practices and workflows in construction, engineering, or similar industries.

  • Strong understanding of database management and cloud-based collaboration platforms.

  • Ability to create custom reports and dashboards within PMIS systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and training skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Kahua certification or experience with other PMIS platforms (e.g., Procore, Primavera) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries.

  • Experience integrating Kahua with other project management tools and enterprise systems.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$81,052.00 - $108,069.00
