STV is seeking an experienced Senior PMIS Specialist with e-Builder certification to join our dynamic Digital Advisory team at our Denver, CO or Chicago, IL offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our Project Management Information System (PMIS), ensuring seamless integration with our construction management processes. This role demands a deep understanding of e-Builder, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead system implementations and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PMIS Management and Optimization:

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of the e-Builder PMIS.

  • Ensure the system meets the evolving needs of the organization and adheres to best practices.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness.

2. System Implementation and Integration:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of PMIS implementation projects.

  • Integrate e-Builder with other business systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance data flow.

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure successful system integration and functionality.

3. User Support and Training:

  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for e-Builder users.

  • Conduct training sessions and develop training materials to enhance user proficiency.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all PMIS-related inquiries and issues.

4. Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Utilize e-Builder to track project performance, costs, and schedules.

  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into project status and performance.

5. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within the PMIS.

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various stakeholders.

  • Monitor system data integrity and implement corrective actions as needed.

6. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new e-Builder features.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement changes.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMIS team and broader organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • e-Builder Certification is highly desired.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMIS administration, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with e-Builder.

  • Proficiency in e-Builder, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with database management and data analysis tools is a plus.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Compensation Range:

$89,487.93 - $119,317.24
