Acara Solutions is looking for Tax Operation Coordinators to join our partner who specializes in software development.
This role will be 100% remote
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Tax Operations Coordinators to join our team. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for customer outreach to assist with the collection of missing tax deliverables from new customers after they go live with Payroll. Your efforts will play a crucial role in improving filing success and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach to new customers to identify and collect missing tax documents.
  • Process mass and individualized communications to notify customers of their missing data.
  • Educate customers on the potential consequences of failing to submit required documents.
  • Guide customers through the process of obtaining necessary tax information using tax agency websites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 year experience with customer service
  • Knowledge of tax documentation is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or outreach roles is preferred.
