Description Acara Solutions is looking for an Oracle AP Analyst with our client located in Palm Harbor, FL 8-12month temp to perm $26-$28/hr Mon-Fri business hours , hybrid in office Tue & Thu The primary purpose of this position is to perform various Accounts Payable functions, under general supervision. These functions include posting entries and processing payments. Responds in a timely fashion to inquiries and contacts other departments or vendors to resolve a variety of problems. Assists in performance of various clerical duties. Key Responsibilities: Adheres to GB Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements. Performs procedures that are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Processes vendor invoices in Oracle. Investigates and reconciles discrepancies between invoices with Oracle. Responsible for I-Expense auditing by verifying that expense reports are in accordance with Company policy. Communicates daily with vendors to resolve receiving, price, and purchase order issues. Clerical functions: collects and distributes mail and files vendor invoices. Performs other functions as required.
