Material Handler
needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific's client located in Richmond, CA.


This position is for a molecular diagnostics manufacturer
and the team is looking for candidates with a high school diploma or GED with 0 - 2 years related shipping/receiving experience. Related experience with a warehouse facility.


Schedule:
Normal hours would be M-F, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Steel toed shoes needed.

Responsibilities

• The Material Handler position will include a variety of warehousing tasks and operational functions. Picking order accurately, packing shipment neatly, working in cold room environments. Supporting all areas of operations as directed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent. Related experience with a warehouse facility.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills in applicable programs, Use of rRF scanning device.
• Self-motivated to get the job done right the first time.
• Basic problem-solving skills, good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work While being flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to lift 50 lb items.
