Job Description Summary: The Operation Support Specialist position assists upper management with administrative duties and tasks with a high degree of accuracy. This role also assists with files related to field personnel.

  • Collect field tickets and electronic files from field personnel as jobs are completed and reviewed for accuracy. Notify the manager of any issues. Once the review is complete, forward all information to ANS Field Tickets distribution list.

  • Monitor hourly associates time daily by comparing to People Net and notify manager of any time that needs corrections

  • Track all transports and load by monitoring emails and files received and entering the information into a google tracking spreadsheet

  • Assist in training field personnel on paperwork procedures and processes

  • Managing sensitive and confidential matters like employee relations, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files.

  • Coordinate with local companies for installations and deliveries as needed

  • Order office supplies as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience required

  • Ability to navigate Google and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with field ticket management and invoicingpreferred

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus

  • Previous SAP/Oracle experience preferred
