Produce Alliance manages partnerships with over 150 independently owned specialty distributors, and collaborate with over 100 premium grower shippers. This position is hybrid based out of our Chicago, IL Office with anticipated travel 3-4x per year. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

TheSupply Chain Analyst will assist in the day-to-day Supply Chain functions that directly and indirectly support our Custom Distribution Clients, respected distribution centers, commissaries, or system house.

Your impact:



  • Daily inventory management and forecasting
  • Leads Supply Chain Implementation efforts of all Custom Distribution models
  • Management and analysis of data throughout supply chain to develop benchmarks (Volume, Quality Claim, Shorts, Delivery Days, Etc)
  • Assists in training schedule and onboarding processes for new CD team members
  • Creates and maintains operational SOPs
  • Close daily communication with CD CAMS, Fresh Alliance Procurement, Fresh Alliance Distributor Services, CD Accounting, andCD FoodSafety
  • Oversight of all Day-to-Day Supply Chain functions that directly and indirectly support PA Custom Distribution clients, respected distribution centers, commissaries, or system house


About you:



  • Preferred 2+ years experience with either distribution, logistics or supply chain operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Logistics is preferred
  • Team oriented
  • Thorough communicator
  • Proactive and solution orientated problem solver
