Incident Management team is rapidly evolving as we optimize our digital ordering channels and technology innovations to create competitive advantages for our restaurants around the globe. We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who will:

• Establish frameworks, best practices, and scope management as we transition Incident Management into a Site Reliability Engineering team
• Partner with Platform Engineering, Development, and Product teams to design, build, deploy, and maintain cloud native applications and infrastructure
• Provide SME SRE support to Incident Management team members through investigation, analysis, leading technical resolution, and post-mortem actions

In this role, you will lead the technical transformation of Incident Management to support our future platforms.
You have:

• 7-8 years in a professional Site Reliability Engineering Role with multi-cloud expertise: GCP, AWS, Azure
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code methodologies: Terraform
• Expertise in container management solutions: Kubernetes, docker, etc.
• Expertise in CI/CD best practices and methodologies: GitLab
• Monitoring and Observability: expertise with tools for logging, monitoring and tracing- Splunk, New Relic, DataDog, Prometheus, etc..
• Experience with Cost Optimization and best practices
• Strong collaboration skills with multiple engineering functions, business leaders and vendors, exhibiting excellent teamwork and strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Expertise of current trends of large-scale infrastructure environments

Plano, TX preferred
Hybrid (1-2 days in office)
