Job Summary: Provides engineering oversight for all plant operations, equipment, and systems. Oversees site PSM, PHA, Mechanical Integrity inspection & testing programs. Ensure all plant systems and processes meet engineering standards and safety requirements. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Education: Four-year college degree, engineering or engineering technology required; mechanical preferred. Experience: 3-5 years engineering in relevant industrial plant operations required. Previous supervisory experience required. Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to learn and apply federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to the environmental services industry as well as engineering standards. High level problem solving, and project management skills required. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts. Strong mechanical aptitude required. Strong business writing skills necessary. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Strong organizational skills. |
