Summary:

We are looking for a Facility Related Control System (FRCS) Site Survey Analyst. This is an entry to mid-level position that will support for systems engineering, systems administration, and cybersecurity for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS). The primary purpose is to conduct a cyber security inventory of Operational Technology (OT) in five states at Army National Guard (ARNG) facilities over an 18-month period. Must have have the ability to travel 50% of the time and should understand the Department of Defense (DoD) FRCS and cybersecurity support for OT systems.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct site surveys at U.S. Army installations to identify and document FRCS.
  • Coordinate and lead introduction meetings with site stakeholders to outline survey objectives and scope.
  • Gather and review relevant data through requests for information (Data Calls) to ensure comprehensive site assessments.
  • Participate in planning and operations meetings with stakeholders to align on survey execution and scheduling.
  • Perform both logical and physical inventories of FRCS assets to maintain accurate system records.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of front-end processing and network gateway appliances and /or software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a group
  • Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering
  • Excellent analytical and synthetical problem-solving skills
  • Proficient written and oral communicator
  • Exceptional computer skills and experience with modeling languages
  • Strong customer service skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of engineering and technical leadership
  • Experience with distributed computing technologies and with virtualization/ cloud-based technologies
  • Ability to travel 50% - CONUS and OCONUS
  • Must have the ability to get a DOD CAC as well as a clearance (no misdemeanors or felonies).
  • Living in Arkansas, California, Florida, Indiana or Mississippi is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or another STEM discipline is desired but not required
  • Related certifications desired but not required

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$60,000.00 annually.
