Terros Health is looking for professional and dedicated Children's Clinician for our Stapley Health Center! Full-Time Employment Location: Stapley Dr. in Mesa School based Clinician-Substance Abuse Education Services for Youth Starting at $22.52 for BHT level therapists $57,000+ for associate level therapists $70,000+ for independent licensed therapists ***Weekly clinical supervision for associate level licensed staff*** ***reimbursement for licensure and renewals*** *New Hire Sign On Bonus: $2,000 if not licensed; up to $5,000 if licensed * (temporary license does not qualify) **Relocation Assistance Offered For Out Of State New Hires - $6500 within 30 days of hire** This position will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, Supervised by the Clinical Site Director, or Designee. The Board of Directors and/or President and CEO may designate other activities as needed. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include assessments and counseling for children, adolescents, families and groups. Provision of services will occur out of the office in a school-based setting or other place of service. Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, individual, family and group counseling, and family support services and case management. This position charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans. Monitors and follows up on client needs, does re-assessments as required or as needed, and submits weekly and monthly service reports as required or needed. Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies. Provides oversight to Behavioral Health Technicians and paraprofessionals as required. Services are provided according to all licensure, state and federal laws, and TERROS Policies and Procedures. May sign off on non-licensed staff's work (Due to licensure).
