Direct clinical operations of substance use disorder treatment program for pregnant and parenting individuals. Ensure implementation and effective execution of on-site comprehensive clinical services for this population, inclusive of provision of individual and group psychotherapy and psycheducation and coordination of medical and behavioral health care with affiliated medical staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide individual and group supervision to employees, addressing strengths, areas for improvement, and ensuring implementation of program treatment policy and philosophy.
  • Monitor treatment records and provide administrative supervision to supervisees to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations regarding clinical documentation.
  • Oversee on-going staff development and training including assessing areas of need. Facilitate clinical team meetings to address clinical barriers and provide staff training on regulatory issues. Develop Annual Training Schedule in conjunction with Program Director and Residential Clinical Director.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a plan for engaging and maintaining client engagement in clinical therapeutic services.
  • Assume program responsibilities in the absence of supervisor.
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the iSCORE values of Jefferson.

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

Masterrsquo;s Degree from an accredited college with a major in social work, chemical dependency, psychology, counseling, or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION:

Prefer LCSW, LPC, or CAC

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Three years experience in the field of human services with an emphasis on pregnant and parenting substance use treatment.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
