RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement and maintain Quality Management Program to comply eith the egal requirements of CMS (CLIA), Pennsylvania Departet if Health, the standards o accreditdation bodies including CAP, AABB, TJC guidelines and the requirements of GLP and establishe standards of care
• Supervise the performance of the Quality Assurance Coordinator, the Point of Care Testing Supervisor and program staff
• Work closely with Director, POCT and Quality Assurance to ensure the coordination and omplementation of eth QA and POCT programs

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• B.S in Medical Laboratory Science or othe rappropriate discipline. Masters degree ub Medical Laboratory Science or related preferred.
• MT ASCP must be acquired and maintained within 1 year of employment
• 5 years laboratory experience preferred. Experience wit software that can apply to QA functions (e.g. Epic, QLIK, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred

Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jeffersonrsquo;s clinical entities or at the University.
