Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar position or related work experience in a marketing capacity.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry a plus.
- Proven experience in product marketing within an enterprise software or technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling narratives and value propositions.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies, including product launches, demand generation, and sales enablement.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to leverage communication and prioritization skills to share critical metrics and solutions within and outside of the marketing team.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No Work Environment:
- Exposure to computer screens.
- Required hybrid work schedule, at least 2 days/week in office.
- Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment, or remotely from home.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Tideworks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our product strategy through the development of compelling product narratives and messaging. You will collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to ensure the successful launch of new solutions, highlighting features and functionality that align with the needs of our customers. Your strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills will be essential as you lead go-to-market efforts and create engaging marketing materials that resonate across various channels. - Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiate our solutions in the market.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including feature rollouts, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with product management to align product roadmaps with market demand and customer feedback.
- Create and manage sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, datasheets, case studies) to support the sales process.
- Drive content creation for marketing campaigns, including whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and thought leadership materials.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and develop customer success stories that showcase product value and outcomes.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts, including product adoption, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies.
- Represent the product at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials, including website, social media, PR, and events.
