We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team at our program in Grand Rapids, Michigan. If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you! No experience required- we provide PAID clearances, training and have opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure. Earn $17.00-$20.00/hour with experience and education Monday-Friday 15 hours or more availability. POSITION DETAILS * At Merakey, you can make a change in the life of a child. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Required: * Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required. * Availability to work during operation hours of 9:00am - 7:30 pm Monday - Friday. Preferred: * 3-6 months experience in the division of behavioral health services. * Current Registered Behavior Technician certification OR ability to complete 40 hours of competency-based training within 1-2 weeks of employment. * Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.
