The Victim Advocate and Volunteer Coordinator provides administrative support for victim services and volunteers for the Phila. CeaseFire 24hr Crisis Intervention Program. Responsible for submitting victims' compensation claims and recruiting, training, and managing volunteers for our victim services project. Tracks and delegates responsibilities to volunteers and provide support as necessary to our program participants that have been critically injured. This position provides support and referral services as needed including emergency crisis counseling, and case management support. Responsibilities include:
