Position Overview: The Bilingual Temporary Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to provide exceptional support and service to supervisors, managers, and team members. This role is essential in managing the recruitment process and handling various administrative tasks within the HR department. This temporary position is designed to cover an employee on FMLA.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE recruiting for non-exempt manufacturing employees in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Recruitment Process Management:



    • Receive and verify requests for job requisitions.
    • Confirm availability of positions for replacement.
    • Manage requisitions and candidate flow using UKG Recruiting and UKG Onboarding.
    • Review all applications for employment.





  • Interview Coordination:



    • Schedule in-person interviews and host candidates during interview days with Hiring Managers.
    • Oversee the schedule for physical and drug tests.
    • Escort candidates to/from Occupational Health for testing as needed.





  • Candidate Communication:



    • Communicate test results and provide timely updates to candidates.
    • Conduct daily walk-in interviews and phone screens, including for bilingual candidates.





  • Offer Preparation and Onboarding:



    • Prepare and present job offers to candidates.
    • Complete employment eligibility paperwork (I-9).
    • Collaborate with HR Coordinator team to finalize hiring paperwork.
    • Schedule orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.





  • Requisition and Standards Management:



    • Close requisitions upon completion of the hiring process.
    • Update crewing standards as required.
    • Attend weekly crewing meetings with Operations management.




Qualifications:



  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and HR functions is a plus.
  • Proficient in using HR software, preferably UKG.
