Join Clemens Food Group as a Bilingual Temporary Recruiter and play a key role in supporting our HR team during a period of FMLA coverage. You'll be managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our non-exempt manufacturing employees, ensuring a smooth hiring experience in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role is critical to keeping our workforce running efficiently.

Who you are:



  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experienced in recruiting non-exempt employees in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Skilled in using HR software like UKG for recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization.


What you'll do:



  • Manage recruitment requests, verifying and processing job requisitions and coordinating candidate flow in UKG.
  • Coordinate and host interviews with hiring managers, including physical and drug test scheduling.
  • Conduct walk-in and phone interviews, communicating job offers and onboarding information to candidates.
  • Finalize hiring paperwork, schedule orientations, and update crewing standards in alignment with operational needs.
