We are searching for a talented Site Manager The new Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a multispecialty session site, ensuring efficient and seamless patient flow throughout the practice. This role involves close collaboration with practice managers from providers' home sites to deliver a cohesive, high-quality patient experience. Key responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing supply orders, adhering to budgetary guidelines, and actively handling patient experience and service recovery efforts. The Site Manager will play a critical role in creating a positive environment, addressing patient concerns promptly, and ensuring smooth, effective operations. **Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Vice President and/or Director of Operations or designee, manage patient flow and the daily operations of ambulatory practice locations (s) with FTE of 1 to 24. Position is responsible for, but not limited to appointment scheduling, registration, and staff assignments, patient satisfaction, patient safety, compliance, communication, quality and project management.
